Our Founder

Dr. San Ng (BSc., MBA, PhD) is Managing Director and Founder of Vision & Results. She offers the rare combination of expertise in leading-edge, organization management research and best practices with years of of on-the-ground implementation experience. San works with organizations to achieve breakthrough performance by building capacity through participatory action-based experiential learning.

Over the past 18 years, San has worked with a wide range of organizations, networks and partnerships in the health care sector including: primary care, community agencies, hospitals, long-term care facilities, government, and regulatory bodies. San has a solid reputation for working successfully with all levels of an organization, from the Board of Directors to front line clinicians and staff. She has led and completed complex, multi-stakeholder assignments during which she has she has brought a holistic, integrated, systems-view to the issues at hand, and worked with diverse stakeholders to facilitate change and collaboration. San strives to build a culture of inquiry, innovation and learning in organizations.

Prior to establishing Vision & Results, San consulted with KPMG, Public Sector Transformation Group and Courtyard Group. In 2011, San obtained PhD in Organization & Management from the Faculty of Medicine, Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto. She also holds an MBA from McMaster University in Health Services Management and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta.

San is certified in Change Management Methodology (Prosci) and a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society.

San is a Board member of Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care, past co-Chair of the Canadian College of Health Service Executives, GTA Chapter, and previous Board Member of Responsible Gambling Ontario and the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.
